If, during the 7 days following receipt of your package, you are not satisfied with your order, we will honor our return policy by granting you a refund on the product. It is the customer’s right to return the product to us if he is dissatisfied. All items sold at a reduced price in our Sale section are for final sale and are not refundable or exchangeable.

Please email us at info@copcopine.ca to request a return form. Shipping should only be done via USPS. And any return must be marked as a return, if not the customs fees will be deducted from the amount to be refunded We will not accept other companies. All packages shipped by other shipping companies will be refused.

All exchanges must be sent via the post office and NOT with a private company. Customers must write: “Return of goods” on the package and on the customs declaration form provided by the post office. This ensures that your package avoids delays and additional charges when it passes through customs.
Availability of items:
Despite our efforts to ensure the accuracy of the inventory on the site, it may happen that an item available on the site is no longer in stock. In this case, a member of our team will contact you immediately by email to notify you. You will then have the choice between exchanging the item for another or receiving a refund. The products available on the CopCopine.ca site are subject to change without notice.
Price alignment guarantee:
- The articles must be identical (same brand and same color).
- Taxes must have been added before comparing prices.
- The article must not be damaged.
