Return Policy

We hope you like what you ordered. In case this is not what you want it to be too small, too large or the style does not suit you, we will exchange you for a different size, color, other style or a quick refund will be made. You have 7 days to return the items purchased on CopCopine.ca.

All items sold at a reduced price in our Sale section are for final sale and are not refundable, exchange only.

What is the return procedure?
The easiest and recommended way to request a return form is by sending an email to our return service at info@Copcopine.ca. The email should include the following:

• Full Name
• Order number
• Reason for return

After receiving your email, we will respond to you within the next 24 hours with simple and easy to follow return instructions.
It is the consumer’s responsibility to cover any expense related to a return shipment. All returns must have a valid tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned goods.

What is the exchange procedure?
To exchange a product, it is the same procedure as the return, but instead of obtaining a refund, we will send you the desired product. If there is a price difference, we will make the necessary adjustments accordingly. The best way to exchange is to contact by email and discuss the subject in question with one of our experts. We will always do our best to accommodate your interest.

When and how can I get my refund?
The refund is issued as soon as the product is returned to our establishments. We will issue a full credit (full amount) to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to you when the refund is made. Copcopine.ca will never charge you restocking fees.
